When you connect your Google account, we may access the following types of Google user data:

• Basic Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture for authentication purposes
• Google Contacts: Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, birthdays, photos, and organization information (only when you explicitly enable Google Contacts sync)

6.2 Data Usage

We use Google user data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Your Google profile information is used to create and authenticate your Loui CRM account
• Contact Synchronization: When enabled, Google Contacts data is imported into your CRM to help you manage your relationships in one place
• Profile Display: Your Google profile picture and name may be displayed within the application interface

We do not use Google user data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to providing our CRM services to you.

6.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

To request deletion of your Google user data, you can:

• Delete your account through the Settings page in the application

• Revoke access through your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days of such a request, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
